A Results-Driven Training Method
Using High-Intense Interval Training (HIIT), we combine strength and cardio training to torch calories (a.k.a. burn fat!) together right from your own living room. Additionally, our Mobility Skills sessions will help relieve muscle tightness, stiff necks, and pure relief from day-to-day stressors. We're looking at you, desk-sitters!

No More Excuses
Run With the Pack is a training regimen you can stick to- you don't even have to leave your house! Utilize your lunch break or wake up early and break a sweat to begin a productive work day.

Flexible Timing + Training Variety
Whether you choose to participate in the weekly HIIT Workout OR Mobility Skills sessions on Facebook Live each week (or both!), you will have access to the workouts all month long in case you want to go back and rewatch them at a later date.

HIIT Workouts
TUESDAYS 12-1PM CST
By combining plyometrics with strength training, you're guaranteed a hardcore full-body workout that will leave you sweating and FULL of those endorphins we love! HIIT workouts are achievable for all levels, from beginners to athletes, and these sessions require minimal equipment! Low-impact options will always be made available as needed. Let's go!

Mobility Skills
FRIDAYS 12-1PM CST
This 60-minute session will aid in soothing tight muscles from sitting or standing all day, relieving desk-neck for our office workers, and bring blood circulation to muscle stiffness in all areas of the body. While we love to see you sweat in the gym, we want to make sure you recover and heal properly from your workouts and everyday stressors, too!
