SCHEDULE POLICIES

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your fitness goals. To ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service, we want offer a reminder of our cancellation policies:

  • Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

 

  • Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your scheduled session, it will be deducted from your prepaid package. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and maintain our commitment to all clients.

 

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without any prior notice, a session will be deducted from your package. We value your time and hope you value ours as well.

 

  • Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency or will be on vacation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to work with you when something truly unavoidable comes up.

 

  • Package Expiration: Packages of 8 sessions are to be used within 60 days; Packages of 16 sessions are to be used within 120 days; Packages of 24 sessions are to be used within 180 days.

RESCHEDULING

Consistency matters- in your progress and in our schedule. Because our training schedule is intentionally limited and built around small-group and private coaching, each client is allowed one reschedule per month with proper notice. Beyond that, sessions will be considered used.

 

If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and take care of yourself. We simply ask that non-illness-related reschedules be kept within the monthly limit.
