Instruction 101 on Form, 1-hour per week of athletic focused training depending on the sport and what goals are, 1:1 training, food intake basics, lifting outside of the gym sessions, myofasical release through range of motion care, foam rolling education and instruction, individualized at-home workouts custom to your goals.
