CANCELLATION POLICY:

The vast majority of appointment cancellations can be handled well in advance of 24 hours with a quick email, text, or phone call. However, for any cancellations that fall within the 24-hour window, payment is still required in full for the missed session. I know this isn’t fun, but to keep contracts fair for everyone, this will be Wild Soul Performance’s updated cancellation policy. The policy will be effective as of Monday, June 17 at 12:00 a.m., and no sessions carried out prior to this date will be affected. Any sessions that are currently booked or paid for at the time of this date will be affected by the updated policy moving forward.

 

You will receive a one-time exception to the “within the 24-hour window” cancellation policy that is valid for 365 days from the signed date. It is important to stick to the commitment of our contract, but I know emergencies happen, and we can’t control everything. That being said, medical emergencies or sensitive topics may warrant the waiving of session fees. I do not need personal information/details, I only ask that you keep me informed if this scenario comes up for you and you need to cancel or reschedule our session due to an emergency.

If, as the trainer, I need to cancel our session within 24 hours, your next session will be free of charge. Additionally, if, as the trainer, I need to cancel our session outside of the 24-hour window, we will simply reschedule according to your availability. In this case, it would be most ideal to reschedule that same week to stay on track with goals, but arrangements can be made at that time.
